RAYMOND A fascination with the visual arts and computers has led Charles Stephens to study the subject further at 按人科同利 this semester.

Whats always fascinated me is animation, Stephens said. Im studying graphic design here and eventually want to learn Japanese animation.

The Florence native was among students who on Monday attended the first day of classes for the fall 2019 semester at the colleges six locations. Late registration ends Friday, Aug. 23. Registration for online classes ends Aug. 25.

Shamon Hendricks, of Edwards, and Keevon Mallory, of Vicksburg, also see their future in all things multimedia once they tackle their core academic coursework.

I want to get into photography and possibly do a lot with that here on-campus. Mallory said.

Noah McCraw, of Clinton, was among many who enlisted the help of Hinds employees on the Raymond Campus early Monday in finding where their classes were located.

Im studying criminal justice, McCraw said, as he got appropriate guidance finding his classes from Campus Police Officer LaTridia Chambers.
